Pink Panties & Poetry Small Business Participant Guidelines

Welcome to the Pink Panties & Poetry experience at Venue 338. Our events bring together artistry, sensuality, and connection in an intimate and elevated setting. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved, please review the following participant guidelines carefully. 

The participation fee for Pink Panties & Poetry is $50 and up, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment must be submitted via Zelle to pinkpantiesandpoetry@gmail.com within 72 hours of approval to secure your space. Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment has been received. 

Each approved small business is permitted entry for two representatives only.
All additional team members, assistants, or guests must purchase a general admission ticket to attend the event — no exceptions. 

All PP&P events are currently held at Venue 338, located at 338 W Peachtree St. NW Atlanta, Georgia 30808. Events are every first Thursday of the month unless otherwise advertised. 

Load-in is scheduled from 7:15 PM to 8:00 PM. Late arrivals may forfeit their participation without refund. Doors open to guests at 8:00 PM. Breakdown begins immediately following the event’s conclusion, typically before midnight. Please advise in advance if you need to depart earlier.

PP&P does not provide tables, chairs, or display materials.

Participants are responsible for bringing everything needed for setup, including tables, chairs, lighting, and décor. All displays must be professional, well-presented, and remain within the participant’s assigned area. One 6ft table or smaller, and/or one clothing rack, and two chairs are permitted.
No open flames, smoke machines, or amplified sound equipment are permitted.

During load-in, participants may temporarily park in front of Venue 338 to unload but must move vehicles to designated parking areas immediately afterward. Check-in with a PP&P team member is required before setup. Setting up without approval or outside of your assigned area may result in relocation or forfeiture of participation. 

Power is limited and must be requested in advance. Participants are encouraged to bring portable chargers, power banks, or small power source. Please no extension cords.

All food participants must hold a valid ServSafe certification or an equivalent food safety credential, in accordance with local health regulations. A copy of this certification must be uploaded with your application.
Only non-infused and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless written approval has been granted in advance. Participation fee is $75 and up. Food Trucks participants must have proper permits as required by local and state laws.  

Participant placements are pre-assigned based on application details and event design. Upon arrival, please check in with a PP&P team member for direction to your assigned area.
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and presentation standards consistent with the sensual, creative, and inclusive tone of Pink Panties & Poetry. Displays or behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal without refund. 

All participants operate at their own risk. Pink Panties & Poetry and Venue 338 are not responsible for any theft, damage, injury, or loss incurred during setup, participation, or breakdown.
Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements related to their products and business practices. 

Participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a participant cannot attend, their space cannot be reassigned or credited to another business.
In the event that Pink Panties & Poetry or Venue 338 cancels or reschedules an event, paid participants will receive a credit to apply toward a future PP&P event.
